By providing your phone number during sign-up or account verification in the CurbSide application, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from CurbSide. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or use of the application.
Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your phone number in the CurbSide app and tapping the button to request a verification code. By submitting your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from CurbSide for the purposes described below.
Types of Messages
SMS messages from CurbSide are limited to:
- One-time verification codes (OTP)
- Account authentication messages
- Security alerts related to your account
CurbSide does not send marketing, promotional, or advertising SMS messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You will only receive messages when you initiate a sign-in or account verification request. No recurring or scheduled messages are sent.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from CurbSide. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from CurbSide, including the verification codes used to sign in by phone. You can still sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google.
